Član 1. ORGANIZATOR I ZVANIČNI PRAVILNIK PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Program lojalnosti „DAJ SNAGU” organizuje kompanija  Procter & Gamble International Operations, sa sedištem u ulici 47, route de Saint-Georges, 1213 Petit-Lancy 1, Geneva, Switzerland a preko  Procter & Gamble Marketing and Services D.O.O. Beograd , sa sedištem u ulici Španskih boraca 3, 11000 Beograd, Srbija. U daljem tekstu: Organizator.

Učesnici Programa lojalnosti su u obavezi da poštuju uslove i odredbe zvaničnog pravilnika promotivne kampanje (u daljem tekstu „Zvanični pravilnik”).

Organizator zadržava pravo da precizira, izmeni ili dopuni odredbe ovog Pravilnika, za sve vreme trajanja kampanje. Svaka izmena važi i proizvodi dejstvo počev od momenta objave, koja će se sprovesti na način kako je objavljen inicijalni Pravilnik, prethodno opisano.

Član 2. GEOGRAFSKO PODRUČJE PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Kampanja se organizuje i sprovodi širom teritorije Republike Srbije, u svakom maloprodajnom objektu trgovinskog lanca Delhaize, a proizvodi koji učestvuju u kampanji se mogu kupiti samo u sledećim trgovinskim lancima: Tempo, Maxi and Shop&Go.

Kampanja je namenjena svakom potrošaču koji kupuje proizvode u navedenim trgovinskim lancima, a koji učestvuju u kampanji. U daljem tekstu: Potrošač.

Član 3. TRAJANJE I PREKID PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Kampanja traje od 01. marta 2019. do  31. marta 2020.

Ako organizator odluči da skrati ili da produži ovu kampanju, obaveštenje će biti besplatno dostupno javnosti na https://www.facebook.com/notes/pantene-srbija/zvani%C4%8Dni-pravilnik-kampanje-daj-snagu/997893700404095/  i https://www.maxi.rs/CSR-kampanja-daj-snagu.

Član 4. PROIZVODI KOJI SU UKLJUČENI U MEHANIZAM  PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Proizvodi koji su obuhvaćeni programom lojalnosti i su svi Pantene proizvodi, nevezano za vrstu ili veličinu pakovanja.

Član 5. MEHANIZAM PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Za svaki Pantene proizvod, koji učestvuje u programu lojalnosti, a kupljen tokom trajanja kampanje ( 1.3.2019-31.3.2020.) u svim maloprodajnim objektima trgovinskog lanca Delhaize, Organizator će pomoći rad udruženja građana u vidu sponzorstva, punog naziva:  Ženski centar „ Milica“  sa sedištem u ulici Nemanjina 8/16, Vrnjačka Banja, Srbija, koja se bavi pružanjem psihološke podrške obolelima od karcinoma i njihovim porodicama i pomoći pri prevazilaženju problema sa kojima se suočavaju oboleli tokom lečenja kao i edukacijom stanovništva o važnosti prevencije i rane dijagnostike u borbi protiv karcinoma.

Iznos koji će biti doniran Ženskom centru „ Milica“ u okviru kampanje „Daj snagu“, iznosi 2.071.400 RSD i izračunava se na osnovu procenjenog broja proizvoda koji se prodaju u okviru jedne kalendarske godine u svim maloprodajnim objektima trgovinskog lanca Delhaize.  Iznos se utvrđuje na početku kampanje i ne menja se tokom perioda trajanja kampanje.

Kampanja „Daj snagu“ se sastoji u proizvodnji  perika za kosu, namenjenih ženama kojima je dijagnostikovan kancer i kojima je ona neophodna .

Mehanizam „ Jedan Pantene= jedna donacija“ je uključen u već uspostavljenu sumu od 2.071.400 RSD koja se donira. Prema tome, svaki potrošač koji tokom trajanja kampanje ( 1.3.2019-31.3.2020.) kupi Pantene proizvod u već navedenim trgovinskim lancima, smatraće se da je dao svoj doprinos kampanji „Daj snagu“.

Po završetku kampanje ( 31.3.2020.), Pantene proizvodi će izgubiti status proizvoda koji učestvuju u ovom programu lojalnosti.

Član 6. DETALJI PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Mehanizam „ Jedan Pantene= jedna donacija“ je uključen u već uspostavljenu sumu od 2.071.400 RSD koja se donira od strane Organizatora Ženskom centru „ Milica“.

Iznos sponzorstva je unapred utvrđen prema prethodno objašnjenom mehanizmu ( čl. 5 ovog pravilnika) i iznosi 2.071.400 RSD sa PDV-om.

Sponzorstvo se odobrava u roku od 60 radnih dana od dana zaključenja ugovora o sponzorstvu, a u skladu sa važećim propisima koji uređuju ovu oblast, kako bi se obezbedila potrebna sredstva koja će Ženski centar „ Milica“ upotrebiti za pokretanje programa proizvodnje perika.

Sponzorstvo daje Organizator Ženskom centru „Milica“, sa sedištem u ulici Nemanjina 8/16, Vrnjačka Banja, Srbija.

Ova kampanja je organizovana i finansirana isključivo od strane Organizatora. Za sve informacije o programu lojalnosti,kao i u slučaju žalbi, možete se obratiti na mail  dajsnagu@milica.org.rs, od ponedeljka do petka.

Proizvođači, uvoznici, i trgovinski lanci ne sponzorišu ovu kampanju.

Član 7. PREKID PROGRAMA LOJALNOSTI

Kampanja može biti obustavljena pre zvaničnog roka  zbog više sile, kao i u slučajevima gde Organizator ne može da nastavi program iz objektivnih razloga  ili na osnovu odluke Organizatora.

Eventualni završetak Programa pre zvaničnog roka biće javno objavljen ( čl. 3 ovog pravilnika).

U situaciji prekida kampanje pre roka iz gore navedenih razloga, Organizator nema obavezu da Potrošačima vrati novčani iznos koji su oni potrošili za kupovinu Pantene proizvoda niti da plati zahtev za nadoknadu štete ili bilo koje druge slične zahteve.

Član 8. SUDSKI SPOR

Eventualni sudski sporovi nastali između Organizatora i učesnika će se rešavati mirnim putem ili, u slučaju da to nije moguće, biće rešavani od strane nadležnog suda u Beogradu u opštini gde je registrovano sedište organizatora, na osnovu važećeg prava.

Član 9. LIČNI PODACI

Tokom trajanja kampanje“ Daj snagu“, Organizator neće prikupljati ili obrađivati lične podatke Potrošača.

Član 10. SLUŽBENA BELEŠKA

Ovaj pravilnik je potpisan u dva originalna primerka.

 

 

 

Official Campaign Regulation

„Offer Strength”

 

Art. 1- Organizers and Official Rules of the Promotion Campaign

(1) „Offer Strength” campaign is organized by Procter & Gamble International Operations, having its registered office at 47, route de Saint-Georges, 1213 Petit-Lancy 1, Geneva, Switzerland, acting through Procter & Gamble Marketing and Services D.O.O. Beograd with its registered office Spanskih boraca 3, Belgrade, Serbia, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

(2) Campaign Participants should comply with the terms and conditions of this Official Campaign Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Rules”).

(4) The Organizer reserves the right to supplement and / or amend the Official Rules, and the completion and / or modification shall be made publicly available in the manner provided for in Art. 1, par. (3).

Art. 2- Territory, logistics, and duration of the Campaign

(1) The campaign is organized and carried out throughout Serbia, and the products participating in the campaign can be purchased only from the following stores: Delhaize Tempo, Maxi and Shop&Go Store.

(2) The campaign will be launched on 01.03.2019. and will cease on 01.03.2020, in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, available free of charge at  and

If the Organizer decides to shorten / prolong this campaign, this will be announced to the public in the ways provided by art. 1, par. (3).

(3) The campaign takes place in each of Delhaize Tempo, Maxi and Shop&Go Store located on Serbian territory and is addressed to any all person purchasing the products participating in this Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Consumers”).

Art. 3- The participating products

(1) The products participating in this Campaign are the following Procter & Gamble products:

  • any product Pantene regardless of variation or weight.

Art. 4- The Sponsorship campaign mechanism

(1) For each Pantene product, any variation of the product participating in the Campaign, purchased during the duration of the Campaign (namely, 01.03.2019 – 31.03.2020) from Delhaize Tempo, Maxi or Shop & Go stores in Serbia, the Organizer will contribute to the sponsorship of Female centre „Milica“, an NGO dealing with topics related with breast cancer and female health issues with registered office at Nemanjina 8/16, Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia.

(2) The amount that will be sponsored from Pantene to Female centre “Milica” for the campaign “Offer Strength” is of 2.071.400 RSD and it is calculated on the basis of the estimated number of participating products sold by Delhaize Tempo, Maxi and Shop & Go stores in Serbia during one year. The campaign “Offer Strength” consists in manufacturing wigs for women diagnosed with cancer. The amount is established at the beginning of Campaign and it does not change during the period. The mechanism of “One Pantene pack = one donation” is included into the already established amount of 2.071.400 RSD sponsorship from Pantene to Female centre “Milica”. Therefore, each Pantene product purchased from the participating stores will be considered as a contribution to the “Offer Strength” campaign.

(3) At the end of the Campaign (namely 31.03.2020), the Pantene products will lose their status of participating products, the Organizer having no circumstances that may eventually lead the Consumers to the conclusion that the Campaign is active after the end of the Campaign.

Art. 5- Campaign details

(1) Each Pantene product participating in the campaign sold in Delhaize Tempo, Maxi and Shop & Go stores during the Campaign will be considered as a contribution to the sponsorship granted by the Organizer to Female centre “Milica” in amount of 2.071.400 RSD.

(2) The established allocated amount for the sponsorship is 2.071.400 RSD, VAT included;

(3) Sponsorship is granted within 60 business days as of the conclusion of the sponsorship agreement in accordance with the applicable legislation, to have the necessary funds to start creating wigs and enable Female centre “Milica” to start the program.

(4) Sponsorship is granted by the Organizer to Female centre „Milica“, with registered office at Nemanjina 8/16, Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia.

(5) The distribution of the sponsorship falls within the attributions of the Organizer and any complaints regarding this will be settled by it. For any complaints in relation to the Campaign you can contact the no. (+40) 314 260 634 from Monday to Friday, from 10:00AM to 18:00.

(6) This Campaign is organized, deployed and funded exclusively by the Organizer. Producers, importers and merchant awards are not affiliated nor co-sponsor to this Campaign.

The art. 6 – Early Cessation of the Campaign

(1) The Campaign may be terminated before the deadline in the event of an event of force majeure, including in the event of the Organizer being unable, for reasons beyond its control, to continue the Campaign or by a decision of the Organizer.

(2) The situations envisaged in art. 6, par. (1) shall be assimilated with the acts of public authority of a competent court or of another competent public authority.

(3) In the situations envisaged in art. 6, par. (1) and (2), the Organizer has no obligation to participants to return a monetary amount or to pay a claim for damages or any other similar amounts. The early termination of the Campaign must be made public in the manner provided for in Art. 1, par. (3).

Article 7 – Disputes and applicable law

(1) Any disputes arising between the Organizer on the one hand and any of the Consumers on the other shall be settled amicably or, if that path is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent, courtin accordance with the common law.

(2) The applicable law is the Serbian law

Article 8 – Responsibility

( 1 ) The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign prior to the said date, unless its continuation is no longer possible, for objective reasons and independent of the Organizer’s will.

Article 9 – Personal data

( 1 ) During the „Offer Strength” campaign, no personal data will be processed by the Organizer.

Article 10 – Contact of the organizer of promotional campaign
